1. I've ordered for pickup or GTA delivery. When can I come?
When ordering online, select the date and approximate time window. Running late? No problem, your order will be waiting for you until closing time.
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
Order changes must be requested with at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Email us at info@bloomersto.com as soon as possible.
All sales are final and can not be cancelled. As all of our products are freshly made food items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
3. Do you deliver to Toronto & the GTA?
Yes! We deliver across the GTA daily, 9am–6pm (exact time depends on our driver's route for the day). At least 48 hours notice is required. Orders can be placed at bloomersto.com/online-ordering and the delivery fee is $20.
Same-day delivery is also available via UberEats, Doordash, and Skip the Dishes for addresses close to our stores.
4. What time will my delivery arrive?
Our delivery window is 9am–6pm. we can't guarantee a specific time as it depends on our daily route. Someone should be available to receive the order.

5. Is everything at bloomer's 100% vegan?
Yes! Everything at bloomer's is 100% vegan and always will be. 🌱💕
6. Do you have gluten-free, soy-free, or nut-free options?
Yes! Gluten-free options include: cakes, cupcakes, mini donuts, cookies, brownies, butter cups, loaves, muffins, pies, quiches, and ice cream. Our regular donuts, bagels, and croissants are not gluten-free.
Most of our donuts are soy-free (except a couple of seasonal flavours). Soy-free items also include: all cookies, all muffins, all butter cups, cakes (except for the red velvet, cookies & cream, and Biscoff flavours), and cupcakes (except for the red velvet and carrot cupcakes), triple chocolate protein loaf, banana walnut loaf, savoury pies, croissants, bagels.
Items that contain soy: brownies, quiches, anything with cream cheese (carrot loaf, carrot cupcake), quiches, and cream cheese to go, and a few other flavours like noted above.
All products are nut-free except for the ones with explicit nuts on them (examples: rose pistachio, ferrero rocher, salted caramel pecan...). We do use separate utensils and sanitize items to minimize contact, but our bakery does contain nuts.

7. How do I keep my donuts & baked goods fresh?
All of our donuts are always made fresh daily, we never sell day-old donuts. All products are freezer-friendly! We recommend freezing them the day that you purchase to keep the best quality. Instructions to serve a frozen product:

Donuts: let it thaw at room temp for about 30 min.

Croissants: room temp for 20 to 30 min then bake at 350F for 5 min until golden.

Bagels: room temp for 20 to 30 min then bake at 350F for 10 to 15 min until the center is hot

Cakes: let it thaw at room temp for 2 to 5 hours (depending on the cake size). Or overnight in the fridge.

Cupcakes, muffins, loaves, cookies: room temp for 20 to 30 min.

Brownies: room temp for 20 to 30 min and highly recommend heating up in the microwave or oven for extra fudgy

Pies & quiches: bake at 350F for 40 to 60 min if completely frozen. Or thaw at room temp for 30 min and bake for about 20 to 30 min until golden.
8. Does bloomer's have a rewards app or gift card?
Yes! We have a bloomer's rewards app. Download it to earn points redeem goodies in store, load your mobile wallet, send an e-gift card to a friend and more. More info at bloomersto.com/rewards.
